Structured surveys are only as good as the questions being posed. We use our expertise in psychology to create excellent questionnaires that ask the right questions in the right manner and language so that we get the most relevant answers.


Through qualitative preliminary studies, we identify constructs and any relevant indicators for these constructs. This allows us to judge how best to put this content into a well-structured questionnaire.

We also place great emphasis on selecting the correct, relevant target groups so that we can obtain accurate results.


We adjust our research methods to suit the target group and the questionnaire. PAPI, CAPI, CATI, CAWI or online.


We survey customers of service providers, shoppers at the POS, visitors of trade shows, visitors of public institutions and employees within the company.
